Every effort is made to describe each item we sell with the utmost care
through measurements, accurate text of description and properties
as well as photos to properly depict our products.
If ever a selected size/Color/Style is out of stock, we will not substitute without your consent.
Substitutions will be documented through messages as well as photos if need be.
Payment is Due within 48 hours after purchase.
If you do not think that your funding will be available within that time frame please contact us, and arrangements can be made on some items to hold them for you for when your funding is available.
It is not fair for buyers who may have immediate need for an item to remove it from sale on speculation.
Also it is not fair to us as a seller to have to warehouse unsold products on speculation.
For payments we accept Paypal, Stripe and checks by mail
The items that we sell are located in the Western NY area.
We take great care in packing and getting your item(s) shipped out within 48 hours.
From time to time we will ship from one of our other warehouses around the US,
to get the item to you as expediently as possible.
Other factors that may prohibit us from shipping from Niagara Falls, could be that stock on hand is at 0
or we are currently holding an item for someone who has interest, but their funding is not currently available.

Returns and exchanges are available for Exchange/Repair or Replacement of the same exact item.
In a sense all sales are final; you own what you buy.
If it is defective or damaged we will do what it takes to make it right.
We are not in the renting, leasing business. [EX; you cannot buy Widget Y, and decide to exchange for widget X, or you cannot buy Widget Y in yellow color and decide that you want to exchange it for a Widget Y in Orange color]
