*Payment is expected within three (3) days of purchase. I make every effort to be accomodating with all customers, so if payment is not received within 3 days AND if there is no communication or if payment arrangements have not been made within that time, a dispute will be filed with iOffer & negative feedback will be left. I implore every customer NOT to make me have to do that because I do not like negative transactions!
*All wholesale purchases are final sales! That means NO REFUNDS on wholesale purchases. If an item is damaged, I will be more than happy to replace the item.
*All retail purchases have a 30 day no questions asked guarantee! Any purchased items may be returned for exchange or refund. Please contact me to receive RAC. Items must be returned in unused and perfect condition. You will be given credit or a refund for the amount of the sale, minus shipping. Any items that are not in perfect resellable condition or show sign of wear are not returnable. If anything is returned without prior authorization or in damaged condition, it will be returned.
*I will gladly exchange any merchandise that is received in damaged condition. Please contact me within 7 days (2 days for wholesale) to receive replacement merchandise. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any unauthorized returned merchandise and will refuse the shipment, so please be sure to contact me about anything defective.
