Who are we?
We are a family owned business made up of glass artists, sales people and managers. We are located in upstate New York near the great Adirondack mountains and the glassmaking capital of the world---Corning, NY.
How are we able to offer such low prices?
Although we import some of our items, most of our products come straight out of our studio in Albany, NY. We do not brand our glass yet, as it helps to keep your cost as low as possible.
Does your low price mean low quality?
NO! We take great pride in the quality of our pieces and our services. We always choose the highest quality materials and our items can easily be compared to the most expensive brand names on the market.
We exclusively accept PayPal, for your protection and ours. Upon purchasing one of our pieces, please make payment arrangements immediately. Not doing so will result in a NPB (non-paying buyer) report being filed on your iOffer username.
Shipping: Your item will be shipped to the address provided via PayPal. Your item will ship within 48-business hours of your payment posting in PayPal and your written response to any questions requiring an answer prior to shipment.
Breakage/Returns/Refunds: (Report within 36-hours of delivery)
If your item(s) do not meet your expectations upon arrival, contact us immediately. Photos of any damage must be provided to be considered for replacement/refund. We may request the item(s) be returned to us - at our expense - so do not throw the item(s) away!
To be considered for a replacement/refund, issues must be reported within 36-hours of delivery time. Delivery time is defined as the time reflected on the carriers (UPS/USPS) tracking webpage under "package delivered," or similar.
Note - if you are not in a position to take/send photos of damage, do not wait to contact us. Simply mention in your email that you will follow up later on with photos of the issues you are reporting. Photos of issues must be received within 72-hours of package delivery time to be considered for refund/replacement.
