We’ve also expanded the course from 3 weeks to 4 weeks of content and sessions, so this is a much larger and more comprehensive program. About your guest instructor: Myagi Let’s talk about your instructor. His name is Myagi. Many of you will have heard of him already. He’s been one of my personal mentors for music production over the last 8 years. In fact, he runs the label Pop & Lock Records, which signed my first several releases. This guy was releasing records before I even started to write music. He’s a heavy hitter when it comes to sound design. When I’ve visited his studio, he’s usually knee deep building some new synthesizer by hand. He’s a mad scientist. Because of his expertise, he’s regularly sought by companies like FXPansion, who had him develop sound sets for the infamous DCAM Synth Squad and his sound packs have scored 9/10 in Computer Music Magazine. As a producer, he’s toured the world many times over, and his tracks hold down some of the most pretigious ratings on Beatport. He’s a highly sought after professional and usually has a super packed schedule, but I’ve been hounding him for months to come and teach a couse and he finally has some time. He’s agreed to come and do 12 hours of live question and answer session for you, during which I’ve convinced him to reveal all his top tricks, tips and sound design secrets. He’s truly a world-class pro, so I’m grateful that we all have the opportunity to learn from him.
