above ceiling motorize plasma/lcd tv mount

Looking for an above the ceiling motorize tv mount so I can install a plasma/LCD tv on the ceiling and have it retract into the above room. TV would be out of site during parties and when not in use.

How does it work, is there a remote control for it, or do you install a button on the wall to make it move up and down. What size plasma tv will it be able to attach to and still operated without a troubles??

I was looking for something that would hold a 26" to 30" screen. I don't have the TV yet. I don't have the wall space either so I am looking for other ways to install it and I saw hardware for a 20" to 42" plasma screen that has a remote and slides up and down smoothly. Of course it was at sound advice which was way overpriced. They wanted $4200 and that just for the hardware. There was no need for me to check about installation
