is it the full version or the upgrade? I cannot use the full version because I would loose all my files if I do, plus I already have vista, all I need to do is UPGRADE to ultimate. so I need the WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE UPGRADE
is that what we are talking about?

Have you tried installing a Windows Vista Ultimate software on computer? because it should give you an option of upgrade or clean install. But anyways I have a copy of the upgrade and the full version if you need.

The full version does not need a key code, it is already activated, you just need to put in the computer and install very easy.

Full Windows Vista Ultimate is $25.00 shipped.
The Upgrade is $15.00
