Yes and no(HCCITK), the over 300 acers of land are in Hancock County, by the Mississippi River and Carthage, IL, which has a large number of deer on them. Yours, Thomas Kolleck

Can you let me know any of the "specifics" ... as in a better location , points whereby I can map the place ? Crossroads? County Roads ?

I have two houses I am going to sell but they are in a small city in southcentral Kansas. One is a 3 or 4 bed. and the other is a 3 bed with detached office/bedroom. I will list them if you are interested. They are going very reasonably! Let me know. Thank you. Approve

Both houses are just one property away from each other. They are located in the small town of Turon which is located on highway 61 between Pratt and Hutchinson. We have a bar and grill, post office, liquor store, public pool, etc. The first house is a 3 bedroom, one bath with a detached office/bedroom. It has forced air heating and air conditioning. This sits on 8 lots. It is a two story with a partial basement. Fenced front area and fenced back dog run area. It needs a little work but it was appraised at $55,000.00 just two years ago. We have a current mortgage of just under $27,000 and payments are only $262.00. I want $5,000.00 and take over payments. The other house is a 3/4 bedroom as the 4th bedroom is very small and sets off the third bedroom. It has a private entrance. It also has one bath. It sets on a corner lot across from the old school which is now the city building. It needs a little work also but has recently been weatherized. It has a double wall furnice which keeps the place very warm in the winter. I am asking only $15,000.00 for this house as there is no mortgage on it. I can't stand it when somebody removes the email addresses , as if we live in Russia or something ... I will do some map work and look etc. , and in the interim I'd really like some additional contact info , maybe a (Comment Removed by iOffer) 9 6 1 or via internet at the (Comment Removed by iOffer) just remove spaces.

They did it again. They removed two remarks you had made to me. 664 prefix. you can find the area code in the phone book. 08/13 is last numbers. Hope you can get this all. Sorry we are having so much trouble with deleted comments. I am also on e-bay. Maybe that will help.
