An average of $45 dollars a par for minimum of 6 pairs.
What were you looking to spend per pair?

I've spent $20'pair + shipping for 100 pairs. What kind of shoes are we talking about for $45?

WE are talking about mostly nike shoes:
Air Jordans
Lebron 3 & 4
Air force 1's
If you are getting them for 20 a pair that is a great deal.
