sorry to hear that. and the funny part i s i told most of you guys already that what you were looking for didn't exist. sorry to tell you that unless you paid with your credit card, you're not getting your money back. ioffer is only still letting him sell because you guys haven't rated him negative and filed disputes. if they don't know, how are they supposed to stop him?

NO, paypal won't give you your money back because it wasn't an ebay purchase. sometimes is nothing was recieved you can get up to $200 back if it's an ebay related site (which ioffer isn't) but it takes up to 6 months. read their terms and conditions in their user agreement section 13.7 to 13.9

WHAT ABOUT MY BANK??? DO I HAVE PROTECTION THROUGH THERE? HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK??? WHAT WILL I,OFFER DO?? THEY SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE... I DIDNT SEE YOUR COMMENT UNTIL AFTER THE PURCHASE. SO I CALLED PAYPAL RIGHT AWAY AND THEY SAID TO FILE A CLAIM. CANT THEY TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT AND GIVE IT TO ME?? IF THEY DECIDE IN MY FAVOR?

yes, paypal can but won't because it's not an ebay purchase. also, they might give you $200 if they decide to do something. your only recourse is your bank if you used your credit card but if you already filed a paypal dispute, they might use it against you to prevent the chargeback. they will most likely also suspend your account. ioffer cannot get involved except to terminate that member's account because they had nothing to do with the money exchanging hands. its the same with ebay. ebay doesn't get involved with disputes. only paypal does because they are the ones who processed the payment. they only reason it's so seamless with ebay to file a claim is because they own paypal. all i can tell you is that maybe paypal will give you $200 back.

I JUSTED CHECKED MY PP ACCOUNT AND IT CAME RIGHT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IF NOT I WILL GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU AND FILE. SINCE THEY PROMOTE HOW FAST, EASY AND SAFE IT IS TO SHOP WITH THEM .. NO COMPANY LIKES THE BBB GETTING INVOLVED. I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH 200 BACK THOUGH I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS MY CLAIM ENDS ON THE 27TH THEY DECIDE IN MY FAVOR OF COURSE.. THANKS FOR YOUR INFO! I DID FILE A DISPUTE WITH IOFFER AND HE RESPONDED THAT HE WAS HAVING CAR TROUBLE .. AND SAID I WAS LYING AND A EAGER BUYER.. BULL SH**!! THANKS AGAIN..!!

np. just be careful in the future and when you pay with paypal, use your card not your bank account. also, only use paypal for ebay related sites.
