I'm looking for my dream home preferably here in Florida but am willing to move to another state. I'm not looking to break the bank but the price must be under $240K for my husband to even consider buying it. I want a one story, ranch style home with 4bdrms / 2 to 2 1/2 baths. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, good schools and shopping, close to the freeway with an updated kitchen. Tile, hard wood or laminate wood flooring, a garage and a fenced in back yard for my kids, pets and gardening. I'd like a front porch and a back patio if possible. The house pictured it really close to what I'm looking for. Thank you!!

I have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath some fenced in yard a large pool with deck seperate fence a shed a hot tup on the back porch, front porch with swing, side porch and a large deck on back. A very large living room. Asking 120,000 we are located in Michigan The only thing is: that is a 2 story

Sounds great but the stairs puts a damper on it. I have a bum knee so having to go up and down some stairs isn't ideal for me. Not yet anyways. But, I'd love to see pics if you have any. Who knows where God will lead. You know?
