| My Job: To meet and exceed your expectations every deal, every day. |
  |
Welcome to ...About Me Page | | Here's our family... | | | | Len | Len and Nancy | Nancy | About Us: We've been married for over thirty years now. We enjoy on-line selling. It helps with income a little, and it allows us to meet a lot of really nice people from all over the country. Len delivers campers, boats and 5th wheels all around the country, plays in the band and helps me with inventory, shipping and the computer stuff. I still like to do crocheting, sewing quilts, keeping house, selling things, and I even put out the garden this year. Together, we've bought and sold things most all our lives to one degree or another. I'm glad you stopped by. Feel free to mail us anytime for anything. It's always good to hear from you. len_cline@yahoo.com (almost anything--I will not make any sales off-iOffer site) | | | Cindy | Ben | | This is Cindy, our new little girl. He calls her a "boy" but we know better. She still a puppy and bouncing off the walls, chewing, running...I've told her she has to realize that she is an "old folks" dog and act a little more calm. Doesn't help! We love her a lot anyway. | Here's Ben. We've had him about 12 years now. We call him Ben or Benny. That's short for Benedict-as-in-Arnold. He's the only cat I ever saw that will not get on the table or sink for any reason. He's a keeper! | Our Goal In our business, our goal is to meet and exceed your expectation every day, every deal. If we do that well, tell everyone you know--check back on our site often. If we fail--tell us. We'll do whatever it takes to make you the most satisfied customer ever. | Shipping We guarantee to get your treasure delivered to your door in perfect condition. Most of what we sell is glass and breakables. We've learned how to wrap and package things so they will get to your home safely even with gorilla handling at USPS. We do ship everyday, even if we have to make a special trip to town to get it on its way to you. | Refunds You can RELAX! I am not a connoisseur of anything in particular. I goof now and then—not very often, but when I do, I make a full and immediate refund. Sometimes I sell stuff I really don't know much about. But I research it on line and do the best I can. If I really screw it up, I'm not going to leave you stuck for a few bucks. You can count on it. I won't have my mistake to cost you a penny. | We are putting new stuff on all the time. Please check back from time to time. We never know what we'll find in the attic or basement or garage...or at our neighbor's yard sale! | Cactus Bloom We have lots of beautiful flowers here in Florida, even in the winter time. I'm Glad to share this one with you. | Visit us at our local home page |

Feedback
I’m growing my little on-line business.
Feedback is important in that growth.
When you receive your package, please
post positive feedback; I will, of course,
do the same for you. Any problems--please let me
know right away—before leaving
feedback (as eBay suggests). If I don’t know
there is a problem, I cannot possibly solve it
I work hard to solve all problems in a manner
that you will find acceptable. My goal is to earn your business
and make you the most satisfied customer ever!
_________________________________ eBay’s New Feed Back Policy:
Above, under “Feedback,” is the way I have always done business. I really have always done whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer. I’ve returned monies when it was not necessary. I’ve given items for free at times when I really didn’t have to and it was unexpected by the customer (that makes it twice as nice to do the right thing) I'm extremely disappointed in that they have taken the joy of giving (of doing the right thing even when nobody's looking) away from me.
However—eBay’s new policy makes it seem like I don’t know when or how to take care of my customer; Makes it appear like I really wouldn’t do the right thing if I wasn’t threatened by the "almighty" computer-god. Perhaps I would really cheat someone over a $5 item (or a $50 item) without their “all-knowing,” “all-protecting” eBay computer. Let me be clear--I vehemently despise eBay's new feedback policy. I profoundly resent their socialist attitude.
Believe me, I deeply know, I exist only because you exist and I don't give one d**n about any feedback system.
Whatever decisions I make (whether a refund because I messed up or just give you something for no apparent reason) it will NOT be because I'm being held hostage, "sucking-up" as the kids say, or in fear over some petty feedback--and you can count on it.
I love on-line selling, on-line store. But no more of eBay's Fee-Bay, gestapo tactics, and now, overt abuse. (Am currently winding down our store there) It's not good for buyer or seller to play on an UNequal playing field. It just isn’t good business sense for me OR for you.
Therefore, I will continue doing business as I’ve always done. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT !!
