Return Information:

Upon receiving your watch you have 14 days to inspect your timepiece. During this inspection period you may return it in unused and undamaged condition packaged with original packaging. This inspection period also allows you to exchange or upgrade for a different model.

If you plan to send the watch back for a refund please remember the following:

All links must be returned to us with the watch.
The watch must be unworn and have no blemishes.
Please Email us with any return or exchange questions you might. Customer service and satisfaction is our highest goal.
All watches are covered our 100 days service plan. If problems with your watch arise than we will fix or replace your troubled timepiece.
After 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchanges may be acceptable.
All returns are at the customers' own cost.
The refund amount will be the exact amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any
