 Yes my custormer recieved it and then shipped it to me he wasn't happy with it I was told you could use itunes on it and it doesn't he also found out it was fake from a friend who works for ipod. He wants me to turn you in for selling knock offs to apple and he said they will hit you hard. I want a full refund on this deal. MarkSep-24-2008
