Your pic needs to be 150x150 pixels. You can find that under properties of the picture you have chosen. In your profile, you will see a browse button, hit that and go find your picture (.gif or .jpg format) on your computer or someplace that you have stored it on the net. Click on the pictures file name and iOffer will grab it and post it. At the bottom of your profile, then hit submit and you are done! If it is outside the boundaries mentioned, you might have problems with it disappearing, some members have. Happy iOffer'n and I hope this helps! Kim
