Hello, My Name is Christopher Hasty and I am a non-typical computer geek. Because I love to teach and help people. Not just consider my self elite like most of the true geeks do. Everyone I know says Guru, but I know that someone else knows more than I know even how to ask. As far as making "broken" things work though, I know plenty and then some. Just the last systems 4 systems I worked on, (remotely)that looked hopeless at a glance, were easily fixed Over The Telephone Alone.

But these days we have things like TightVNC and other secure connections that allow an administrator, myself, total access from almost anywhere. I can use my PSP to Gain full access to any computer anywhere as long as it's ok with the user, only need to run one file and I'm able to see everything you see and control the mouse. It's not total control but it beats trying to figure out what someone expects you to be looking at, where I might expect you to be looking and overall expedite any needed support. I could go on but the proof is always a rock solid machine that you don't have to expect suprises from. I've worked for Bellsouth Fast Access ADSL and I also know how not to give tech-support too thanks to them. When I was told by my supervisor that getting off the call was the first priority and that acutally helping the customer was almost irrelevant. That inspired me to try offering REAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I was actually reprimanded for double checking someone's system so that they did'nt have to call back. That branch got paid by the call not for what happened during the call, so naturally the number one priority was to take the next call. "Tech-Support" is like that even with Dell as your probably know if you've ever owned one or known someone to own a Dell or any other retail PC.They will get rid of you as fast as they can, and put it off on Microsoft or anything you added to the machine period.

I've also been many a network administrator and Computer shop bench tech. What makes me different is that I can give tech-support over the phone/Skype/Yahoo/AIM and can Access your system for anything needed, Especially stuff no one wants to help newbies with. Like Movies and so forth (how to get em, SAFELY, and everything else). It's all easy once you know how. I was there too, of course I was only four or five years old and had a Commodore64 with cassette tapes for data storage, but I needed help and always wanted to be that guy. Well I just turned 30 And I realize that I AM that guy.

It's what I love to do.I don't care who you are or where you're from, I'd love to help you with your machine, especially if it's important._{There is always someone who can help, but I love doing it.} I am starting telephone Support at $12 an hour, for my first 5 customers to see how it works out. Pay with PayPal (preferably only PayPal because it's safe and it's easy) andI will refund your money if you are not satisfied with the first hour!(it's only one or two clicks and your PayPal account is instantly re-credited).
