Hello and Salutations!

First off- please be sure your shipping address for your Paypal payment is the correct address to ship to, especially if it matches the one on your iOffer.com profile! If your item is returned to us and the address we sent it to matches the mailing address in your Paypal & iOffer.com account... we will have to charge you to ship it back to you again.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES!

Also, I will be the first to admit I can be slow at times. The majority of the time, I can often get DVDs off in less than a week. Other times, it may take longer. If you need your disks by a certain date, please contact me first. If you order on Tuesday night and need it in your hands by Friday, I may not be able to accommodate you. So to save you from disappointment and me from stress, let me know about any dates before hand.

Now onto other matters. Its that time of the year again- for those of you in the northern United States, you know what I'm talking about... the weather is getting cooler and the leaves are changing colors... This is personally my favorite time of year. Now I know that it's a little early to start thinking this way but I do want to make a mention of it now so that there is no confusion later on:

Also, if you plan on making a purchase as a Christmas Gift , please do not wait till the week before Christmas to give me your order/make your purchase. I am happy to try and get your purchase to you as quickly as possible but please remember I am only one person and I do not have any control over how quickly/slowly the USPS works. With that in mind, I would recommend that  for those of you wanting your items to arrive to you before Christmas, please place your purchase/order with me no later than December 4, 2008 . I say this date for 2 reasons:

1. I am pregnant and I will be giving birth in December- hopefully the week after Christmas so I can get a few things done but with babies you never really know what will happen try as you might to plan and make arrangements.

2. This date allows for a little over 3 weeks for me to receive payment from you, get your set together and to the post office- allowing them ample time for the Post Office to get your set to you. 

Now, as with most to pretty much all of my orders I do give delivery confirmation as an added "extra" that I don't charge for to make sure that the package arrives to the address I have and to make sure that I do not get taken by people "claiming to not have gotten their item purchased". If you would like the confirmation # just ask and I will give yours to you. (Some single & two disc orders I'm unable to put delivery confirmation on because they won't be thick enough... but most others are fine...)

Please understand I'm stating all of this not as a way to dissuade you from making a purchase but more as a way to inform you that I do not control everything, especially the US Postal Service. Since I have made the above recommendations clear- making a purchase after the date stated above is still something that you can do and I will still take orders for anyone who wants to make a purchase but I will not be able to guarantee that it will be there before Christmas. 

Please understand that if you choose to purchase something from me you are agreeing that you are going to use the set for your own enjoyment and entertainment. Also, before you purchase any DVD(s) from me please make sure your player is DVD-R & DVD+R compatible and was made after the year 2000. I cannot guarantee that all DVD players will play burned discs as there are some that won't and you are the one responsible for finding out if your player(s) can play the type of movies I offer here. A lot of older players will play the discs but pause or skip during the movie itself even though the disc(s) have no scratches or marks on it at all and is essentially flawless. Please keep in mind as well that I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS because you didn't make sure your player was able to play burned discs.

However, if you are unsatisfied, please message me so we can work something out BEFORE you leave a negative on my account. That's not what feedback is for- to "get back at someone" if you don't even try to resolve the problem in the first place. Please understand that everyone makes mistakes, including myself and I will be the first to admit it. However, the feedback forum is there to show that you are or aren't a good seller or buyer and part of that process is allowing the seller a chance to make amends if there is a mistake made. Now, I am willing to work with everyone who has a problem with an item purchased from me if they are willing to offer me the same courtesy.

On any sales, all of them are FINAL. I do not give refunds even if you (while waiting for your set to arrive from me) purchase another one at a lower rate/quicker delivery- that's not my problem.

When you decide to purchase something from me, it's a contract that you will pay the price stated for the cost of the item and shipping- no more and no less and that I in turn will send you what you asked for.  

Also, please understand that if you were to get a set that doesn't work properly (on the very rare occasion that happens) I will replace whatever is defective if you notify me within 15 days of you receiving your item and send the defective disc(s) back to me so i can verify that the disc(s) don't work.  If it's after that time frame (because I know people get busy and things happen) please still email me and we can work something out.

Please understand as well that although some people do have the ability to get online and buy, trade, talk or whatever for several hours a day- I do not. I do try to check email and my account on here at least every other day.
