Hello! It may look like I am new at ioffer but in fact I have been a long standing member and previous seller on ioffer for several years. I have, well had over 300+ positive feedback but do to circumstances going on in my life I had to put my hobby and love for collecting and finding television series and movies on hold. Now I am back and happy to be of service to those individuals out there that are looking for that tv series they remember watching when they were a kid or that movie that has never been released on dvd. So don't be scared by my low feedback score. I am not some new seller that doesn't know what she is doing. 

 Just to give you some information about myself, I collect rare/out of print/expensive television series and movies and try to--in turn--make these items available to buyers for a reasonable price. If there is something on my list that you do not see, don't be disappointed. I DO TAKE REQUESTS and you can always email me or leave me a message if you are looking for something I have not listed. Plus, just because I don't have it listed doesn't mean I don't have it in my collection. It takes a long time to upload every item into my store so sometimes I may forget to list a movie or a tv series.

 What I specialize in: Not only does my collection range from old black & white movies to foreign films to gay/lesbian, to rare/out of print movies, but I also have a love for Asian television series/dramas, Spanish Telenovelas, British (BBC) tv series, Australian tv series, etc. So please don't hesitate to ask if there is a show that is overseas somewhere that you are looking for. It doesn't always mean I can get it, but I will try my hardest to try.

My policies:

Cases and Artwork: You will notice on my listings that I offer dvd cases and sometimes artwork. I have cases that hold 1 disc per case, 2 discs per case and 6 discs per case. The artwork is NOT for the discs. The artwork is for the DVD CASES. Cases and artwork inserts will cost most more because I am buying the cases with my own money and I am using my own ink to print out nice artwork for your dvd set. So please email me for a quote or if you want to know if I am artwork for an item I have listed. 

Payment Options: I accept PAYPAL which includes credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) payments through paypal. I also accept checks (please allow time to clear), money orders, money grams, and well concealed cash. Soon I hope to look into Google Checkout because I have noticed that a lot of people are using that now. 

Note: I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM INTERNATONAL/OVERSEAS BUYERS (unless it is US cash) 

Shipping Within the USA: My standard price for shipping whether it is 1 disc or 10 discs is $4 dollars. I do offer Tracking or Delivery Confirmation is $1 extra. On some items I do offer free shipping which you will notice. Items that are large sets (anything over 15 discs) may be more to ship. I try to keep my shipping low and reasonable-- this normally means that depending on the weight of your package, it could go out by 1st class (takes about 2 to 3 days) or media mail shipping (takes 4 to 14 days, normally arrives less than 14 days). PLEASE note that if you need your package by a certain time because it is going to be a birthday gift or Christmas gift, then let me know. I do offer priority shipping for an additional price. All you have to do is ask and I can give you a quote. If you think that your package is taking longer then usual to get to you, just drop me an email or a message. There is no need to freak out and think I took your money and ran. I have more to lose than you. I am more then willing to work any problems out. Sometimes packages do get lost in the mail, especially around the busy holiday seasons but it has happened rarely. But it does happen, so again, if you experience any problems, or have any questions, just let me know. I am only an email away!

Shipping Outside the US (United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and anywhere else): PLEASE email me for a shipping quote before you making a purchase. I can ship any item to you, but shipping rates will be different from what I offer to US buyers since I live within the USA. I try to be VERY FAIR to my international buyers when it comes to shipping because it is you guys that have been good to be in the past. Just to give you an idea, I try to do it this way: 1-2 discs=$4 dollars, 3-5 discs=$6 dollars, 6-8 discs=$7 or $8 dollars, 10-15 discs= $12-15 dollars etc. Again, I try to be fair with my shipping prices for international buyers. Again, please just email for a shipping quote or if you have any questions about shipping to your country. 

Returns/Replacements/Refunds: I DO NOT do refunds and I think we all know why. However, if a disc is defective which sometimes that happens or sometimes a disc may get broken during shipment (although that only happened to me once) then I have NO PROBLEM replacing the disc for you. Rarely will I ask you to return the discs back to me unless you are having a problem with ALL discs. 

Discs: Most of the discs I use are Region 0 or Region FREE which means these discs can play on just about ANY dvd player within and outside the US. But please note that it all depends on your dvd player. Some of you may already know that your dvd player only likes DVD-R or DVD+R. If this is the case, let me know that you want your dvd set on DVD-R's. I have no problems with that.  

Lastly, I cannot express enough how much I love what I do. PLEASE, if you have any problems with your discs, or any problems with shipping, PLEASE email me. There is no need to leave negative feedback or leave threats. I am at your service but remember, I am only human. There are times when I may get a little backed up on orders (which I try to let customers know when that happens) and sometimes I get sick. So just be aware of that.

One last thing: PLEASE make sure you read every listing carefully before you buy something. I try to cover every question that I would ask if I were purchasing an item. I usually will put a description of the item, how many discs, the disc format I use (dvd-r's and dvd+r's), quality of the episodes or movie picture, any kind of special features the discs may have like menus, scene access, and of course the price plus shipping.
