Hi, Yes I filed a claim against that seller but because the item was not insured by paypal as it is often on ebay, even though I won the claim, they cannot give me my money back. All I received was a nice note saying I won my claim and they will make every attempt to get the seller to refund my money....which is very unlikely. Too bad because I have had positive experiences with other sellers on this site but until ioffer does something to protect from these things happening I will not buy on this site again.Apr-11-2008spence_jen44
