PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept GOOGLE CHECKOUT, PAYPAL and am a verified member, MONEY ORDERS, & CASHIERS CHECKS. Paypal payment must be received within 3 days of the auctions end. If you are sending an e-Check through Paypal please be aware these take at least 4 business days to clear and your item will not be shipped until then. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks must be received within 5 days of the auctions end. Non-Paying bidders are not tolerated. Failure to complete results in your forfeiture of the item, prompt re-list of the item, and a report sent to IOFFER so that we can get our final value fee refunded. Negative feedback will also be left.

Shipping Policy:
Please remember that the S&H charge not only covers the shipping cost, but also that of supplies, labour ... etc. I will ship USPS with delivery confirmation in the US. All orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours except sunday and holiday after your payment clears. I have USPS pick-ups 6 days a week. Insurance is optional but is highly recommended, as I am NOT responsible for the item once it is picked up by the USPS. I ship WORLDWIDE via USPS as well. International packages are shipped 2 day a week.
Please be aware with first class mail, even though it says 2-5 days for shipping, I’ve seen it take up to 10 days. This is just a forewarning, as I am not responsible for the USPS handling time.
Return Policy:
We stand behind our products 100%. Because of the cosmetic nature of the items and obvious hygienic reasons, we DO NOT give refunds, replacements or accept returns. IF YOU INSIST UPON A REFUND, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER TOTAL.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING YOU PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
ALL EXPENSE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL POSTMARK. YOU MUST RETURN ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING MATERIALS INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL ENVELOP/BOX YOUR ITEM CAME IN SO WE CAN VERIFY THE POST MARK. IF YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHOUT THESE ITEMS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. IF IT HAS BEEN USED NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ITEMS AFTER 7 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT.

HI, dear i guess am contacting you becuase i am intrested on your make up collection specially Mac Cosmetics., now my question is ? are they Real from Mac collection? not fake? i can tell when they are fakes or genuine..i dont c any hints from your pics.but am hoping yours are not because they are to many fakes outthere.well can you answer that question and be honest pls. so i can maybe start purchasing from you!
