I have been an online seller for over 5 years and a former eBay Powerseller.  While I still sell on eBay, due to the "politics" on eBay, I have been looking for other venues to sell my products. 

Two things I have noticed about iOffer is, the website is very buggy and hard to use, so if I do not get back to you right away, please either leave me a message again or if we have completed a transaction, Email me!  But please please please, do not flood my profile or my inbox.  Also, just because my status says I am online, I am not sitting on iOffer staring at the screen, so I may not see your message right away.

This leads me to my second observation with iOffer and that is many of the buyers are very persistant, and that is being nice.  I will state this here for everyone to see and read.  I am an honest and friendly seller, my items will be delivered to you as described...BUT I will not tolerate rude buyers and will not do business with you again.  And if your package is not in transit, then I will refund your money ASAP and will not do business with you again.

This is a tracking number to a buyer and this item was misrouted by the Postal Service.  This buyer left messages on my profile calling me a scammer.  Do I work for the Postal Service?  Of course once buyer received this item, which was a sample, they wanted to order additional items...but I do not apprciate being called a scammer, therefore, I refused to do business with this buyer again. 

 

Shipping

 **WHEN PAYING WITH PAYPAL MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN YOUR PAYMENT!  YOUR SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE CREATED FROM YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT AND WILL USE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS SPECIFIED IN THE PAYMENT.  IF THIS ADDRESS IS WRONG, THIS WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK IT DOWN**

Please realize that many, if not most, of my items come from overseas.  With this said, a package may take 7-10 business days to receive and sometimes can take 14 business days!  Also note, business days means Monday-Friday.  If you are pruchasing an item from me, please make sure that you are aware of this and keep this in mind when waiting for your item.

If your item is being shipped from me, please refer to your PayPal payment for tracking information.  I print all my shipping labels, unless your address is outside of the USA, from PayPal.  Paypal will email you to notify you of this and provide a link to track the package...if you do not receive this email you can track the package by looking at your PayPal payment to me!

Returns

Items can be returned if you notify me within 48 hours of item receipt.  So please check your items quickly to make sure that you are satisfied with them.  Especially if they are coming from my supplier, as I only have so much time to dispute a shipment.  All items that are shipped directly from me are inspected and tested prior to shipment.  If you return the item and I find it to be in working condition, I will only refund you the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.  If you want to return an item because you failed to read this page or ask a question PRIOR to making an offer, you will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. 

Otherwise, all items will be refunded 100% except your cost to ship the item back to me.
