Insurance is $1.70 up to %50.00.If you want the 1991 plate just let me know or just go ahead and buy it and I can get invoices out to you. Let me know what method of payment you will be using. Hi, It looks like I'm pretty close to my limit sending the two plates. I do wrap in bubble wrap even if I'm sending in heavy envelope. I believe I will be going to town this afternoon, and I will stop by the post office to have package weighed then we will know for sure. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
