RETURN POLICY:

Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:

* refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories
* undergarments and swimwear
* food and nutritional supplements
* items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
* new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
* opened software
* new home entertainment products from JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
* any return that is missing the originally shipped components
* any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)

How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:

Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Google Checkout. You can use American Express and Discover through Paypal and Google Checkout.

Orders are normally processed within three business days, if not sooner. THE FAMOUS FRAGRANCE will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

THE FAMOUS FRAGRANCE currently markets to the continental USA and Canada. Products that ship from the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D.

We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances. We do not ship COD.However we can mail to P.O. Boxes. We do ship to APO addresses.
