Hi! If my reply is not your point, I'm sorry. I'm not native english speaker so sometimes hard to understand what is exactry meaning of subject. So I didn't pay to birkinconnection coz she didn't have exact bag what I wanted. But it was good to me, I was not scammed this time. Now I'm waiting birkin from another iOffer seller. But I had several experiences to be scammed on eBay also. Some cases were that I paid through paypal by using my checking account. They never helped me at that time. Once never came back any replies for my fraud report and other time, just they said "your case passed over 30 days" then by their policy, they couldn't help me. Only 32 days just passed. This was so hurt because I paid over $1600 for Mac power book. After that I would not paid by using checking account. I always paid by using my credit card through Paypal. Credit company well helped to refund even using Paypal. Just taking a time and have to prepare some works to do. Mine is citi card. Either way our point is how to defend from scam!! We should collect informations using Guestbook as you are doing. Trying to collect those through actual buyers experiences, very helpful for me too.

I emailed her three days ago inquiring the status of my stuff. She said that they got the hardware engraved but are still working on the dye, which made no sense to me because it seems impossible to get a bag made with just three days left. I'm concerned that the quality will be compromised ... It just made no sense to me. With Paypal, some people would send you the wrong item with tracking on purpose because Paypal doesn't cover "Not As Describe" claims. That's why credit card is a bit more secure, although that would also depend on which form of credit card and which company it uses. I had Capital One, which was a pain in the neck, I heard that AMEX is good.Apr-07-2005tapiocarocks

I paid through credit card rather than Paypal, actually. Paypal is pretty useless and it doesn't offer you that much protection, IMO. Today would be the 14th day that she's talking about. She said a maximum of 14 days so I'm going to email her for status. If I hear nothing from her, I'm going to do ask for a refund or do a chargeback.Apr-07-2005tapiocarocks
