To my clients,we dont have Paypal receiving options in the Philippines so i use credit card processor website Luckymoney,Western Union or Moneygram,

In shipping items I use Certified Mail or Registered Mail but if you need Tracking Numbers you need to pay for EMS shipping. Estimated Shipping/Delivery times are 9 days but sometimes gets to 15 days.

I will do my best to fill up Customs forms for the packages,but i am not responsible for any customs confiscation. Delays with USPS normally arises ,but i will do my best to check on your package at our CMEC bureau here.

Please also check your registered addresses at ioffer because that is what i will use unless specified otherwise.If you have recently changed address at ioffer pls dont forget to email me your new one just to be sure.
