RE NGC coins: this guy is a crook. No real feedback on ioffer, removed all of his items shortly after listing them; In addition, PO box mail address, changed his story multiple times, unable to provide proof (like a photograph) of the items he claims to have, etc, etc. I do happen to have his real name (at least I think so, phone number and address.
