Hi, Not sure if you had any luck with Paypal on your claim with gottahave08 but Paypal will ususally deny the claim since it was not purchased thru ebay and if that is what happened to you, I recommend you contacting your Bank or Credit card company as that will be the only way you will recover your money and of course you would let them know you never received your items.
