I am a full time working mother of two young girls. I have aspirations of owning my own retail store in the future, and thought I would start out with an online trial. Please see below for information regarding your purchase. Payment I accept PayPal and am a verified member. I also accept money order and cashiers check. I will consider taking a personal check if you inquire, but will not ship items out until the check clears. Shipping There is a fixed shipping and handling rate on all my items. Please remember that the S&H charge not only covers the shipping cost, but also that of supplies, etc. I will ship Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the US only. You should receive your items 7-10 days after your payment clears. There are sometimes unforeseen shipping problems, and I will keep you informed of the status should there be any problems. Returns I want my customers happy, so no sale is ever final unless otherwise noted on a specific item. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if there is a problem. We will arrange for a return and you will receive a refund minus S&H once I receive the merchandise in its original condition Provision for Returns: There is a 5 day return time frame for all my bags to give you time to have them ated if you so wish. Please do contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item to let me know that you will be doing so. Because there are so many replicas out there, I do encourage ation.
