 Hi,
It's not the region, but the files themselves. I opened them up with a program I have and they are PAL files. My DVD players said that they don't read PAL files, as they are programmed to read NTSC.
I should have known, as I did the same thing with a PAL movie once, but I still could not watch it on my players.. Don't worry about it...you did what you could.

Got the DVDs, but I can't view them.
Even though they were transfered to DVD-RW, they still remained in PAL format. When I have some time, I'll look around the net and see if I can find a program that will transfer them...thanks for the Batman. Yours are on the way. I hope you don't have the same problem with NTSC.

Hi,
I already tried that, but it looks like Ioffer is not allowing swaps by members in different countries anymore.
You can just buy one of my $5 items and I'll just pay the Ioffer fee...you don't have to pay for it That way we can swap addresses.

How about if you could get me copies of Wire in the Blood 2, 3 & 5 and Touching Evil 2 & 3 and you can keep the originals and maybe re-sell them on Ebay. Honestly, I could rent these from NetFlix or Blockbuster and make some copies pretty easily. It seems like a lot of trouble for you. It's up to you. Thanks!Jul-03-2008
