the d&g bear shirt does run pretty true to size. the item is not authentic; rather it's a dior shirt with the bear logo and a d&g tag slapped on. i a'm around 5'8 in height and the medium is cery nicely fitted. do, however, realize the item is not authentic. offer less! hope i helped.Jul-04-2008dkarbo88
