Q: Do you have any items in stock?
A: We do not have stocked items. All orders are sent directly to our vendors
Q: Are the prices listed for the whole lot or per piece?
A: Prices shown are per piece. We will do minimum 5 pcs per customer via safemethods of payment to build a relationship.
Q: I wanted a sample. Can I order one piece?
A: No you cannot order one item. But we have created a sample 5 piece. This consists of any 5 items or your choice of any combination.
Q: How do I pay when I order?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, checks, and money orders. Personal checks require a 7-10 day hold before the order will be released for processing to ensure the check clears. Cashier's checks require a 3-4 day hold. If paying by money order, the money order must be a postal money order only. All other money orders will be returned.
For your protection and security, we require a copy of a photo ID and a written authorization to charge a credit card. We will send you a copy of the form. Your order will not be processed until the authorization form is filled out and faxed or emailed to us if paying via our merchant account. Any amounts over amount $2,000.00 must be by bank wire transfer or western union. All international orders must use wire transfers only.
Q; Do you dropship?
A: We will dropship for orders paid by checks or wire transfer. All orders that are paid by credit card must be sent to the billing address.
Q: When can I expect my shipment?
A: All orders are placed at the factory with your specifactions at the time of payment.Order are shipped from the factory to Best Royal Imports after your products are completed. Please allow 10-14 days for most standard shipping. All USA orders can pay extra for to rush shipment of order. To rush an order the fee is an extra $25.00 per 100 items. Estimated time for orders with rush delivery is 7-10 days. All international order must pay the shipping cost from Texas to the international address. Please call and ask for a quote.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Products and accessories come with a 7 day functional warranty that we will assess with and send back to the vendors. All merchandise comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. We are not the manufacture but we are a sourcing company. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to and from the manufacturer.
"Damaged" Products: Any "Dismantled," "marked on," or "visibly defaced" product by the customer will VOID all warranties. Also, for Mp3 Mp4 players please do not flash firmware upgrades even if player may come with firmware update software / programs. Reformatting a player (we can send link) can help re-set a player.
We have really not had any problems. If an Mp4 Earphone blows out, or a USB cable isn't working, we'll re-send you out another one.
Q: Can I put my logo on packing on non-branded items?
A: Yes. For an additional price and large quantity.(email for quotes)
Q: How will my merchandise be shipped?
A: We ship all orders using UPS or DHL ground unless otherwise specified.

Q: Do you source for products not listed in your store?
A;: Send us a message and we will try to find what you want. We are constaly looking for the newest products.
Q: What if I want to cancel an order?
A;: All orders are final. We do not give refunds or exchanges.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO addresses / Apartments etc?
A: We only ship to these types of addresses if you pay by Bank Wire. When using a credit card, please make sure that you use a verified billing address. Remember if your name on the account and the billing address is not verified then we will be forced to refund.
