PAYMENT METHODS :
I accept
1) U.S. money orders (Bank, stores or post offices are fine)
2) International money order payable in U.S. Funds.
3) Cashier's Checks / Bank check payable in U.S. Funds
4) Western Union Money Transfer (for a large orders - please provide your address + phone number in order for me to pick up the money at Western Union agent, They will not give me the money without your phone number, it is their policy.)
5) U.S. Cash (at your own risk) - Not responsible if cash gets lost in the mail. Use registered mail if possible)
6) PayPal via PayPal Existing funds or credit cards (https://www.paypal.com) is OK.

USA
1st Class Mail - Up to 13 ounces - $4.00
Priority Mail - Flat Rate Envelope (fits about 4 regular magazines) $5.00 anywhere in the US
Regular Priority Mail
up to 2 pound is between $6.00 and $9.00 depending on your zip code
Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (maximum weight is 70 pounds)
Available in 11" X 8.5" X 5.5" and 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8" box
Regular Flat Rate Box - $10.00
(fits up to 25 magazines per box or about 10 video cassettes or several items, as long it fits in one Flat Rate box, mostly 2-3 days for the delivery.)
Large Priority Flat Rate Box is available for $13.00
(fits up to 35 magazines per box or 13-18 video cassettes (depending on the size of video cassettes or several items, as long it fits in one large Flat Rate box, 2-3 days for the delivery.)
Additional Flat Rate Envelope or Priority Mail box are available at extra.
U.S. Mail Insurance (for U.S. Only, optional)
I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are uninsured! This usually isn't a problem, but insurance protects both the buyer and the seller. Insurance is available at extra cost, see insurance pricing at below:

Mail insurance is available for Flat Rate, Priority Mail or First Class in the U.S. (not available for regular first class letter rate)
Green Delivery confirmation is included in the First Class (if it is over 3/4" thick package) and Priority Mail in the United States only. (It is not available for Canada, Mexico & overseas)
Delivery Confirmation tracking number will be notified to the U.S. buyers via email after I shipped your items. The tracking confirmation can be found at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm sometimes after 24 hours (except Sunday and Holidays). I will, of course, to let you know to all buyers (US and International) that your payment arrives and the day I ship your item(s).
Outside USA:
Canada / Mexico & International First Class Mail (maximum 4 pound)

$8.50 for Mexico
$10-11 for all other countries, depending on your location.
1 to 2 pound $9 for Canada

First class international is limited to 4 pound, Priority Mail or Flat Rate Box is limited to 20 pound

International Mail Insurance are available to most countries
Postage and insurance will be expensive. Contact me if you want to have package insured.
Insurance is available for Regular Priority Mail or Flat Rate Boxed Priority Mail only. Not valid for first class mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope.
Note: Mail insurance is not available for Mexico
