Hello, Itrain3
Have you check out Ty Cobb card that I bought from him. I sent to PSA and I got back said, QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICATICIY that meant they can't determine is real card. It is sound suck but I send to several collectors they said, appear to look real thing.
I have kept my eye on this seller for awhile because I saw some baseball cards "old reprint" that he bought it from eBay than re-sales in Ioffer site.

Just be careful what you buy from him but he do have nice old card sometimes. I have several 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth was return by PSA said same problem "Questionable Authenticity".

I hope he comes through for you. He has run out of time with me, and I'm going legal once the mailman comes today- he has dealt very poorly with me and has not been honest in too many of his statements. Hopefully you will get your stuff- I know I will be made whole at some point, even if it comes from a judgment in court.Apr-11-2008

At this point I'm waiting until Friday to see what he does... then I will file charges with the Post Office for mail fraud (I shipped it to him and have proof) that's criminal, and while not a huge amount- it can lead to Federal charges against him- especially if there is a pattern of this beginning to happen. Then I will bring an action in small claims court here in my hometown to bring suit for the full cost of the item that he has, at least at this point, apparently stolen from me. Chances are he won't bother to travel over a thousand miles to defend himself, which amounts to a default judgment for me- and if he does, then I win anyway, because I have full documentation. It will take several months, but eventually, with a judgment in my favor I can have the courts in Tennessee enforce a claim and seize assets. Seems silly over a transaction involving less than $100- but with court costs and collection fees he will be facing a liability of almost $1,000. Beyond that I am already putting together a letter to ioffer management that they need to do something about this member, and I suggest you contact them as well... it sounds like his feedback is going to take a serious hit really soon. I can't stand cheats, and I will spend the time to fight this kind of stupidity at every chance I get.Apr-08-2008
