Product Condition:
We do not try to cheat anybody, that's why we want that you are sure of what you are buying.   We just want to be sure that you know the condition of these DVD's "Bootlegs" they are not copies of original DVDs, they are concerts that do not exist in  original DVD version, they are concerts of transmissions from TV broadcasting of different countries (Germany, Japan, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, U.K. etc), concerts from VHS transferred to DVD (never realses on DVD) or concerts recorded by fans with audience cameras (single camera), they are concerts for collectors who looking for something different to offered commercially.
 
Our store included all the information necessary to know the condition of the DVDs, remember they are not included case and we send the cover art via  email only, just you need to read the complete description of each item or check the information in my auctions.

PAL / NTSC Format:
DVD discs are still either PAL or NTSC standard. Also, similar to multisystem VCRs, most DVD players will not convert video standards. When you're playing an NTSC-standard DVD, it will output an NTSC signal. When you're playing a PAL-standard DVD, it will output a PAL signal.

There are two ways to watch both PAL and NTSC DVDs. You can either view your DVDs on a multisystem TV, or purchase a NTSC/PAL or PAL/NTSC DVD Player.

What video standard does my country use?
If you're in North America, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and parts of South America, you use NTSC. Most other areas of the world use PAL or SECAM. Half of Brazil uses NTSC while the other half uses PAL-M. Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay use PAL-N. The rest of the world uses mainly PAL. If you're unsure what your video standard is, contact your local cable or broadcast company. Also, on the back of most video tapes is indicate what video standard the tape is. This is a good representation of what your video standard is.

2. Check the DVD in Your computer to be sure the DVD working or not, usually if the DVD working perfect in your computer is because the DVD is PAL (Europe Fomat) (More Information about DVD Format on PAL / NTSC Format)

If you have a problem with your item, you must make contact with us by filling the return form, All items that are defective must be shipped back to us and then a replacement is shipped.

The items returned to us must be in original condition with no visible damage or marks. We take great care to ensure that the items play before shipment.
