I had file a chargeback with my credit card company. They said that I do not have to pay the charge until they complete the dispute. Go ahead if you have not done so, file for a chargeback with you credit card company. They will notice why there are some chargeback to the same seller. The bank have their informations. Good Luck. I got your comment. Yes i discovered that this guy had 2 accts and is the same person. I turned him in and ioffer suspended the accts immediately. I did not get my tracking number for my palm treo and was livid to discover that all these people were buying iphones from him on 2 different sites. His name is daronte fordson. I filed a dispute with paypal and am still waiting on a resolve.Jan-21-2008kelwht

Same here, they have 10 days to respond. I also went far as contacted their local police dept.
