Hi,

I have been waiting very patiently about a bag which i paid for weeks ago, you replyed to me telling meyou had forgotten and that you had been really sick, and I was still very understanding and this was also 2 weeks ago, now you are not replying to me, at this point I don't want to wait anymore, this bag was a gift to my mom and honestly I want to buy it from another seller, I'd really appreciate it if you refunded my money.
