thanks for the advice! yeah, she is tyring to get me, through paypal emails, to drop the dispute, and saying she has all the items we originally agreed upon, which i found odd considering, 4 days prior, she was making me change just about everything i picked out because she was out of stock. nomatter how many times i email her that i want a refund, she just keeps emailing back that i need to drop the dispute and she will send the stuff...lol..but thank you for confirming what i was thinking, she definately is lying! i appreciate your response!! thanks! kimAug-10-2008 kimereeann

i was looking at your negotiation with this seller and wondering if you got your stuff? did she take your money, then tell you she didnt have what you originally agreed upon? i am having the same problem right now, and have filed a claim with paypal. now she is telling me that she has what i ordered and to please drop the dispute with paypal, but i told her i just wanted a refund. sorry, not to be be nosey, i am just curious if you have had any luck with this seller. thanks! kimAug-09-2008kimereeann
