I have been selling crafts on ebay and my user name was stampingit if you would like to review by previous reviews. I have now ventured to jewelry sales. We have quality jewelry at affordable prices. My loves in life are pets, jewelry and crafts. I am not going to sell my pets so it has been crafts and jewelry. At marcysstopnshop, we carry sterling silver jewelry with gemestones Swarovski crystal, Brighton Inspired, Murano glass, and we carry Tiffany Inspired jewelry. I will gradually be adding things to my store so please return again.
Refunds and Exchange PolicyAt Marcy’s Stop N Shop, we would like you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days in its original condition. If you wish a refund, we will issue a refund of your purchase price excluding freight. Please email us so that we will be expecting your package. Any defective pieces will be replaced within 30 days of original purchase.
Please return your piece by USPS with a delivery confirmation so that you can track your package.
Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with the original packaging.
- A copy of your invoice is included in the shipment.
Please contact us if you have any questions or queries regarding your return. Please note returns can take between 7-14 business days to receive and we process within 24-48 hours of receiving the return.
All of our shipping fees are non-refundable.
