Mood: Crying Crying
One of our customers bought a Go Kart from our store. This purchase had external problems from the begining. Paypal blocked the fund citing regular investigations. When the funds were cleared and item was shipped, it arrived with a damage. We shipped a replacement without waiting for insurance claim to be cleared. Surprisingly this replacement also arrived damaged. Our first Insurance was not cleared that we had file a second one. Even again without waiting for claim to be cleared we sent another replacement. Buyer was very patient all throughout and left us a feedback that touched our hearts. A smile that our products brought to his kids was most precious to us that every penny that we ended up loosing in this deal.
A feedback is a most important tool and some feedbacks do touch our hearts...
