Hey there, Paypal closes the dispute immediately. This isnt ebay so that scam doesnt work on non-ebay sites. That guy is a scammer. Block him and take note of his city and state and be weary of persons hails from that area. He obviously knows what he is buying, keeps buying more, and now we know is making false claims on the items on purpose. He may be collecting information also from paypal. Thats how sometimes you start getting spoof & spam email messages. I havent studied the guy that much to conclude exactly what his agenda is. Possibly another jealous seller in disguise? Or maybe just a guy dumbed down a little too far from all the sodium flouride injected into his cities drinking water? But he seems to avoid communicating directly with the guys he buys from.
