HISTORY
 
We started out in 2004 on eBay, doing games, software, video game consoles, etc. We did really well and became powersellers. Then, in 2005 we started into the laptop business.
Then eBay decided to suspend our Powerseller account despite our feedback:

We continued to service customers through good word-of-mouth, uBid, iOffer, etc.


Then, in 2007, we were able to start a new eBay account and started to do very well again.


Then eBay struck back. They kicked us off, despite our combined feedback of over 1000 transactions, with 100% positive feedback- which translates to great customer care and looking out for his/her best deal. I guess eBay didn't dig us, though they wouldn't tell us why we were suspended. See some of that recent eBay feedback here:
