hello i have recieved a bag i buy from you and i am not happy at all,the adele bag you send me is not real leather like you told me! and it looks nothing like your pictures,i asked many times if the bag looked exactly like your pictures,every deatail and you told me yes...well it is not!even the inside does not look like your pictures,and it does not have the 4 golden feet at the bottom of the bag.it looks like a vey cheap cheap replica,not the great quality that you promised me!i ask many questions before i buy because i like to get what i see.and i do not have the money to be spending on shipping back.please get back to me asap on fixing this problem.thank you!
