I have used the internet since 1990 to buy and sell. remember the 280 baud modems? LOL... I mostly buy coins because I am an avid collector, lately compiled the USA American Eagles collection AKA - The Discovery Collection and the Liberty Collection in the PCGS Registry. When I buy, I pay immediately as soon as I receive an invoice and contact from sellers. When I sell I ship as soon as payments as cleared. If an item for some reason was not properly described and an error in the listing, I will issue a refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition and in the same case or package that it was sent in.
