I am Don Gentry.  I started on eBay about 6 years ago when I had to quit my position with Northwest Missouri's largest law firm as a paralegal in order to stay home and take care of my invalid wife of 40 years who had Chronic Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.  She was in the Hospital 17 times in 15 months.  Since no agency will provide assistance for a spouse to take care of another spouse in the home I had to make a "living" so started designing and selling Jewelry on eBay.  I started with 17 hour days and 7 days a week.  As my wife's illness got progressively worse I had to spend more time with her and her physical therapy.  In the process and with medical bills we ended up losing our beautiful home and my health as well.  She passed away 10/28/06.  I miss her so.  Am now on eBay full time except when remodeling this old house I bought with insurance money. 

Unfortunately eBay has gotten so greedy they and their company Paypal take about half or more of what I can sell my jewelry for and I still have to buy the materials.  So enough is enough and I am now venturing into ioffer to see if there are any buyers here and where I can offer more for less.  They do appear to have a fair and honest approach. 

I have over 11,000 positive feedbacks on eBay and 99.9% Positive feedback score and if they do what they say and delete the very early years I will again have 100% positive feedback. 

I mail first class mail the day after payment is received. I do the very best I can to please the customers.  In the area of jewelry there are very many hard to please ladies but I succeed most of the time as my eBay feedback bears out. 

FREE shipping and handling if single payment of $50 or more and I support our troops so if your address is a Military address the shipping and handling is FREE as well.

I can also switch settings in most of my items such as gold for silver etc and different styles at no additional charge.  Also lengths on most necklaces and bracelets I make.  Just specify the changes you need WITH your payment.  Or e-mail me first to see if available it not mentioned in the auction description as the type or color of all available settings may not be mentioned.

If an item does not get to you in a reasonable time and after 30 days have passed since I mailed it I will assume it has been either stolen or permanently lost by the USPS.  Even though not insured I guarantee delivery so you e-mail me at that time with a request for either a replacement if available or a refund.  I package well and print your address you provide so almost all gets through but occasionally the USPS goes "postal" and loses an item or it is stolen I have to assume.

Thank you so much for your patronage as this is not a hobby while I live on the income of a spouse but my only income and I do like to eat regularly.
