We are authorized and registered Melie Bianco reseller. Our Melie Bianco obtained directly from Melie Bianco Los Angeles Headquarters. Colors used to describe items are based on manufacturer's descriptions. Contact us if you are looking for a particular style or color.

The Melie Bianco bags we sent out are all in brand new conditions. We carefully check and pack them before shipment. In the unlikely event, you are not satisfy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of your return. Your item is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. Please ensure that the returning item must be unused and in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. The item must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the day you received it.

Please note that we are not responsible for normal "Wear and Tear" and "Used and Abused" of any Melie Bianco products.

 

 

 

 

 

Payment/Shipping/Refund Polices

Payment:

Immediate payment is appreciated. If no payment made within 7 days, the item will be relisted after 7 days.
All PayPal payments must be from a confirmed address.  Please pay with Western Union if you do not have a PayPal confirmed address.

Shipping:

Your item will be mailed within 24 hours of cleared payment via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you pay with eCheck through PayPal, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We welcome International buyers but shipping rate should be confirmed before buying.

Refunds:

Return accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to confirm your return. We will provide you with the return information.

Please keep the following in mind when returning: 1) All returns must be unused and tags still attached. 2) Must include all paperwork, plastic and dust bag. 3) Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
