Hi, I placed a paypal INSTANT transfer on August 2nd & no word back yet from you. I saw you signed in today & read your policy that you send your items out within 48 hours of payment. Well, it has been 216 hours (9 days) since you received my payment! Please send my item ASAP with tracking info, I need it to be delivered by next Wednesday, as I am going away. Or else, if not possible, please refund me my order because the whole point is that it is a birthday gift I must give by early next week.
