Our home offices are based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, but most of our items are shipped from a couple of different US shipping depots. If an item is being shipped from our Canadian home offices then this will be listed clearly in the item listing.
We promise that you will be happy with your order or you can return it for a full refund. On the off chance that you are unhappy please contact us and we will make it right. If you need to return a item we will provide the address of the shipping depot closest to your area. Or in certain instances we may send a replacement item without requiring return shipping. In the event of returns the items must be shipped in original condition & in original packaging. Sorry no refunds on shipping fees.
