I love nature; to be outdoors and work, hike or whatever.  I also love sports. I am a former military guy.

Gardening, sports, reading, traveling - just to name a few of my hobbies.  Helping others help themselves. I prefer to be an optimist - the glass is always half full.

ALL MOVIES ARE ON DVD-R UNLESS SPECIFIED DIFFERENTLY. THEY ARE SHIPPED IN A WHITE SLEEVE & THERE ISN'T ANY ARTWORK.  MOVIES ARE SENT FIRST CLASS. 

Clean your DVD player's heads often. And make sure your DVD player can play DVD-R's before ordering titles.

If you are from the UK, Australia or Ireland and you wish to make a purchase, make it COUNT. Purchase more than 1 title. I combine shipping. But remember, I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL from these countries.

If you are from another country and wish to make a purchase and you DO have paypal, please write me first. All International buyers should inform me prior to their intent to purchase as to shipping and their intent to pay and in what manner they are planning on paying. Paypal is the most accepted method and it is expected that they pay immediately using Paypal. International purchases can only be paid with Paypal or (in the case of Canadian buyers, an International Postal Money Order payable in U.S. Funds) Western Union Money Orders payable in U.S. Funds. If they wire the money to me I must receive the number on the Western Union Money Order ticket number as to claim the funds.

Slow payers will be blocked. A slow payer is one who has not paid within 3 weeks. After the 4th week a NON-PAYER comment is left by IOFFER warning future sellers to beware of non-payment.

Any abusive comments are reported to IOFFER and they will be removed by IOFFER. These people will not have the ability to buy or sell again.

All of the above is due to past experience with shady and deceptive people.

Regarding returns: If you have a defective item, please return it to me for replacement. No refunds are given out. If that DVD is found to be NOT defective it is returned to the buyer and he will be blocked from making future purchases from me. It is the responsibility of each buyer to have cleaned his or her DVD player's heads and to be sure that they have a DVD player that can read DVD-R's. Also, most of my movies are graded. Buyers should not expect perfect qualitiy movies especially if that movie is an old one. It is also the responsibility for buyers to have read the listing prior to making a purchase. If I have not labeled the quality please ask me.

 Transfers to Dvd-R are from collector to collector. No rights are given or implied and any incidental costs that may be involved is not for product, but labor, materials and shipping. Our service is meant to preserve the life of the great films. Do not buy if you intend to make copies to sell. That is not our purpose. Slow payers and NON-PAYERS

Nothing gets me more angry than when I get a buyer who, after reading my invoice which states WITHIN 7 days please, takes his or her time in sending payment in. Sometimes 3 weeks or more. I automatically will report someone who doesn't get me paid when the 30 days is up. A NOTICE TO YOU WOULD BE BUYERS: do not purchase if you do not intend to pay immediately. And read the listing to see what methods of payment I accept and which methods I do not accept. I get the distinct feeling sometimes I have children making purchases or older people who can not read.
