Hello, I use Plum Island for one dropshipper and The Silver Box for another. Those are the only 2 I deal with at this time. I've not experienced any problems with either one. The Silver Box doesn't have quite the selection that Plum Island does, but it's nice...and they are FAST with shipping. Will your dropshipper not work with you to resolve the problems? If not, have you tried filing a complaint with the BBB in their area? Sometimes THAT works wonders. I wish you well, and hope you will be able to stay here. If I can assist, let me know. : )Jun-10-05

Hi, Face-Cow asked me to touch base with you. Said you were having problems with a dropshipper and was thinking of closing your store. I use two dropshippers for the .925 sterling silver jewelry that I sell. I've had really good luck with them so far. If I may be of help to you, or you want my dropshippers names...let me know. Honestly, from your aviatar, it looks as if you may be using one of the same ones I am. Hang in there, perhaps all of this can be straightened out.Jun-09-05
