Sorry about the loss of your mom back in February. I know you will miss her. My mom went away in 1977, 30 years ago. I was only 26 when I lost her and I miss her everyday. My thoughts are with you.

Hey girl! Thanks for the info! I cut hair for 15 years and was diagnosed with it. I slept in braces for a few months and it went away, but my new job is VERY physical and it has come back. It's different now, but I can tell it's the same thing basically. I've been sleeping in my braces, but that doesn't seem to be enough so I added the ice-packs at night. I also, just got a side job polishing tanks for my cousins welding company, and it is KILLING my arms! But there are only 14 of them and I need the money, so I'm gonna stick it out. I will try the B Vitamin thing, it can't hurt!!! So just get a B vitamin complex? Any particular amounts or anything? Again, thank you so much! !Apr-25-06
