rememeber me from the tonysglamourous debacle? I have a question for you. I have unfortunately run into another dishonest seller. This person has sold me a bag claiming it is authentic and it is a fake. Where did you go to make a complaint? I can't seem to find a way to do this but this person has a bunch of fraudulent listings. I feel like I should report them to protect others. I thought you might be able to help.Apr-09-08

Just an update...tonysglamourous sent a tracking number to paypal on her last day to respond. Unfortunately, it is a fake number! Did thid happen to you? I thought it might be a way to buy more time.Feb-19-08

I just fell over in amazement! I am glad you received something anyway. Her paypal deadline for my transaction is the 17th. I guess i will be on the lookout for filth covered packages.Feb-14-08

She is actually sending you something? I haven't heard anything from her. When was your deadline for the paypal claim? Are you going to cancel before or after receipts of package? Feb-13-08

I also escalated to a claim. I don't know when to expect resolution. How many negatives does it take to get someone kicked off? Every person she sold to has now posted a dispute.
I am just so surprised that tonysglamorous can rest easily after taking advantage of people. I know I couldn't.Feb-10-08

Hello, I just read your message and am very concerned now. I will be waiting to see if she sends the bag, and will be opening a dispute by thursday if I don't receive the bag. I understand bad weather..... I live on the Palmer Divide in Co., we couldn't even get mail out for a week, and no food could get to our stores either last year. But I think I would have been letting my buyers know what was up. Ya know?Feb-05-08

I just filed a dispute with paypal. I am going to give her a few days to resolve this amicably before I turn my dispute to a claim.
FYI: out of the four people she sold these bags to, three have had problems.

Good Morning,
I purchased the pink bag from tonysglamorous the first of January and haven't received my bag yet either. She claimed she got the flu and her son resold the bag on ebay! When I asked for a refund, she claimed that she cancelled the other sale and was having the bag returned. I think this is probably a scam. I was hoping that if you ended up filing a claim we could work together; you give your story to support me and I will support your claim. Let me know whether you get you bag. ThanksFeb-05-08
